Dopo le sempre più insistenti voci che circolavano ormai già da diversi mesi e alcuni misteriosi poster dal taglio cinematografico apparsi misteriosamente sui muri di Los Angeles, Lana Del Rey ha finalmente rilasciato una nuova canzone: Love.

I poster che hanno invaso le strade Losangeline ritraggono il suo volto stagliarsi sullo sfondo atmosferico, dove sotto spicca la scritta “LOVE” e un misterioso volto maschile. La locandina si conclude con un “Directed by Rich Lee”, il che significa che il regista, già al lavoro per Eminem, Maroon 5, Alicia Keys e altri, girerà il suo prossimo video.
I fan hanno ipotizzato che Love molto probabilmente sarà anche il titolo del nuovo album, ma ovviamente aspettiamo news ufficiali che presto verranno sicuramente date dalla stessa Lana.
Honeymoon, l’ultimo album di Lana era uscito ormai due anni fa, mentre recentemente ha collaborato con The Weeknd per due brani contenuti nel suo Starboy: Party Monster e Stargirl Interlude.
Il nuovo singolo Love è stato prodotto da Benny Blanco, Emile Haynie (già produttrice di Born to Die) e Rick Nowels, ma il comunicato stampa ha fatto sapere che ci saranno molti altri “ospiti” presenti nelle altre tracce dell’album.
Per quanto riguarda il suo ritorno, la Del Rey ha dichiarato:
“Ho fatto i miei primi 4 album per me, ma questo è per i miei fan e su dove spero siamo tutti diretti”.
