Oggi Lorde ha rilasciato Yellow Flicker Beat, primo singolo estratto dalla colonna sonora di Hunger Games: Il Canto Della Rivolta – Parte 1, che sarà interamente curata da lei.
Il testo della canzone è un tentativo di descrivere in prima persona la protagonista Katniss interpretata da Jennifer Lawrence.
La colonna sonora uscirà il 18 novembre, due giorni prima dell’attesissimo terzo film basato sulla saga di Suzanne Collins.
