Ieri sera (5 marzo) è andata in scena dal Forum di Inglewood di Los Angeles in California la quarta edizione degli iHeartRadio Music Awards 2017 presentati da Ryan Seacrest.
La lista delle nomination è stata lunga, ed altrettanti sono stati gli artisti che si sono avvicendati sul palco come performer: Katy Perry, Big Sean, The Chainsmokers, Ed Sheeran, Shawn Mendes, Noah Cyrus tra i tanti. A Bruno Mars è invece stato assegnato l’Innovator Awards di quest’anno. Ma vediamo cosa è successo…
I mattatori della serata sono stati i The Chainsmokers, che si sono aggiudicati ben 5 premi, tra cui miglior artista e miglior nuovo artista.
Adele e Justin Bieber hanno vinto rispettivamente i premi come miglior artista femminile e maschile, mentre Drake e Rihanna (non presenti alla cerimonia) hanno dominato nelle categorie Hip-pop e R&B.
Due premi anche per i twenty one pilots per Best Duo/Group of the Year e Alternative Rock Song of the Year.
Justin Timberlake ha sbaragliato al concorrenza e si è accaparrato il premio per la Best Song con la sua Can’t Stop The Feeling.
